Joe Biden has a long history of inappropriate behavior.

Instead, he made an off-the-cuff remark involving children and ice cream. “I want to say one thing to your children,” he began.
“I know some really great ice cream places around here and daddy owes you, so talk to me afterwards,” Biden said.
This isn’t the first time that Biden has drawn criticism over his remarks to children.

In October 2022, he told a young teenager in California, “No serious guys until you’re 30.”
During a speech at the National Education Association, which is the nation’s largest teachers’ union, Biden pointed to a woman in the crowd and said, “We go back a long way. She was 12 and I was 30, but anyway. This woman helped me get an awful lot done. Anyway.”
