The world’s first fully autonomous AI-powered restaurant, CaliExpress, has opened in Pasadena, California, offering burgers and fries.

The restaurant, a collaboration between Cali Group and Miso Robotics, features robots that handle food preparation and ordering using biometric technology.

This development reflects a larger trend in the food service industry, where robots are increasingly taking over tasks traditionally performed by human workers. (Trending: Epstein’s Brother Finally Breaks His Silence)

Additionally, Miso Robotics has been involved in creating other AI-powered robots for tasks such as making tortilla chips and providing manicures.

“This is like a whole new level of robot takeover inside restaurants,” one reporter noted.

“It’s why much of the service workforce could soon become obsolete,” she said.

“The marriage of these various technologies to create the most autonomous restaurant in the world is the culmination of years of research, development, and investment in a family of revolutionary companies,” Miso Robotics board member John Miller said.
